Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All opened or unopened products are eligible for return, as long as they are returned in a reasonable condition. Items should, where possible, include original packaging and accessories.

To be eligible for a return, you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be returned in acceptable condition, preferably with original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and confirm whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
